Balancing on your right leg do not over lock the knee there need to be a bit of give in it.
Take the left leg over the right so back of left knee is above right knee.
Bend supporting knee but keep the back as upright as possible do not lean forward tuck under the pelvis.
Chest needs to be forward facing.
Take right arm in front of body palm face up.
Take left arm over the top of right palm face up so top elbow sits in bottom joint.
Now try to get palms together, this will depend on should flexibilty but hold onto what you can.
Lift arms up slightly you will feel this between shoulders in itself this is a great should stretch.
Now hold position.
